Ingredients
- 10 to 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 8 oz. pkg. soften cream cheese
- 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
- 1 egg beaten
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 10 oz. cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. dry white wine or vermouth
- 1 5 oz. can crab
- 1 lb. of shelled deveined shrimp or 11/2 bag( 14 oz.) of small shrimp
- 1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles.
Place in 4"x9"x13" pan
Cook onions in butter. Add cream cheese, cottage cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
Spread 1/2 mixture over noodles.Combine soup, milk and wine.Stir in crab and shrimp. Spoon 1/2 mixture over cheese layer.Repeat all layers. Springle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 45 mins at 350*. Top with sharp cheese. Brown under broiler. Let stand 15 mins. before serving.
