Ingredients
- 2 lb fresh mushrooms
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 lg garlic cloves, sliced
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Heat all except mushrooms to a boil. Add them, and simmer 15 minutes. Allow to cool in liquid. Refrigerate several hours, stirring occasionally.
