Texas Tumbleweed Cookies

I found this in the December 2015 issue of a Rachel Ray magazine.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (6 oz) butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 can (9 oz) potato sticks (about 6 cups)

Preparation

Step 1

In a microwave, melt chips and peanut butter; stir until smooth. Stir in potato sticks.

Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper lined baking sheets. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes until set.
