Chicken with penne spinach and sundried tomatoes

Ingredients
- 8 oz uncooked penne
- 4 oz cream cream cheese
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 can 15 oz chicken broth
- 1 bag 6 oz baby spinach
- 1/4 c oil packed sun dried tomatoes thinly sliced
- 1 pd boneless chicken breasts

Preparation
Step 1
cook penne according to package directions
cut chicken into bite size pieces and cut cream cheese into small pieces
heat oil in oven safe skillet over med high
saute chicken until golden brown on all sides
add broth to skillet and cook another 5 minutes
stir in cream cheese until melted about 2 minutes
stir in spinach and tomatoes and cook 1 minute
drain penne and combine with the chicken mixture and serve immediately
