Chinese Chicken On A Stick

Ingredients

  • Dressing:
  • Sticks-Soak for 1 hour
  • 2 1/2 Pounds Chicken Thighs
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp Hoisin Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp white pepper
  • 2 Tbsp pineapple juice
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Sherry wine
  • ? 5 spice Chinese powder
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp Bullhead BBQ Sauce

Bake 350 for 35-40 min on rack--flip over halfway through.
