Ingredients
- Dressing:
- Sticks-Soak for 1 hour
- 2 1/2 Pounds Chicken Thighs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 tsp Hoisin Sauce
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp white pepper
- 2 Tbsp pineapple juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sherry wine
- ? 5 spice Chinese powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp oyster sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp Bullhead BBQ Sauce
