• Simple Syrup
• 2 parts sugar
• 1 part water
• Cook till clear
• Frozen Peaches
• Orange Zest
• Prosecco

Preparation

Step 1

Make Simple Syrup
Blend peaches (make sure fully thawed)

Add 1/2 cup simple syrup
Add orange zest

Blend til smooth

Strain pulp

Mix peach blend with Prosecco
