Bacon Cheddar Puffs

Ingredients
- 8 slices Bacon (crispy & crumbled)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup (1 stick) butter
- 1 cup all purpose Flour
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp Onion Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (freshly cracked)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine Milk and Butter in a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until butter is melted and mixture is simering.
Add Flour, stirring until mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
Beat Eggs, 1 at a time, into mixture until smooth.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well.
Drop heaping teaspoons of mixture onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Serve warm.
