Ingredients
- CAKE
- 4 T cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups flower
- 2 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 t vanilla
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, room temperature
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 t vanilla
- 4 to 5 T milk

Step 1
CAKE:
Stir together cocoa powder, milk and sugar. Sift together flour baking soda and salt. Combine both mixtures add hot water and vanilla and stir vigorously. Add mayonnaise and stir well. Pour mixture into greased or sprayed 9"x13" baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
FROSTING:
Cream together the peanut butter and butter until smooth. Add the powered sugar and vanilla. Add the milk one tablespoon at a time until you get the desired consistancy. Whip three minutes on high or until light and fluffy
