Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 C Edamame
  • 1/4 CGrated Carrot
  • 1/4 C Green Onion (sliced thin)
  • 3 C Romaine Lettuce (Shredded)
  • 1/4 C Cilantro (Chopped)
  • 1/4 C Cucumber (Shred)
  • Optional
  • Mandarin Oranges
  • Red Pepper (Chopped)
  • Chicken (Shredded)
  • Dressing
  • 1 T Peanut Butter
  • 1 T Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 C Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 T Soy Sauce
  • 1 C Peanut Oil
  • 1 Clove of Garlic
  • 2 t Ginger
  • 1 T Honey

Preparation

Step 1

Add together all the dry ingredients.

Mix together all the dressing ingredients.

Mix when ready to serve.
