Ingredients
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 12 oz choc chips
- matzo
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 Degree.Line jellyroll or cookie sheets with non-stick foil. Lay matzo on foil. heat brown sugar and margarine until boiling, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour over matzo and bake for 7 minutes. remove from oven and sprinkle with choc. chips. Return to oven for one minute. Remove from oven and spread melted choc,. over matzo. Place matzo on baking sheets in refrigerator for 1 hour. Break into pieces and freeze. Enjoy!
