Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbs. butter
- 2 Cups of Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of chopped ham
- 1 lb of hashbrowns
Preparation
Step 1
Begin by frying hashbrowns until crispy and brown.
1. Beat whipping cream until stiff with electric mixer.
2. Transfer whipped cream from mixing bowl. Crack eggs add salt and mix with electric mixer until somewhat frothy. Add whipped cream to egg mixture and stir on medium speed until mixed thoroughly.
3. Pour egg mixture into fry pan. Place ham, cheese and hashbrowns on half of the cooking omelet.
4. when underside of omelet is browned, place fry pan directly in oven at 350 degress on middle rack. Bake until cooked through.
5. Remove pan from oven, flip one side of omelt to creat a fold. Remove from pan.
