Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups butter, melted
- 1 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Add everything but the white chocolate chips and cranberries to the bowl of a stand mixer and beat until just combined.
Stir in the white chocolate chips and cranberries.
Spread the batter into the baking dish. Bake for 25 minutes or until a tester comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Bars should look slightly underdone.
Let cool 1 hour before cutting into bars.
