Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. snipped parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- oil for browning
- 1 bottle (12 ounces) chili sauce
- 1 jar (10 ounces) grape jelly
Preparation
Step 1
mix all ingredients. Shape into 1" balls
Brown meatballs in oil; pour off fat.
Heat Chili sauce and jelly in skillet, stirring constantly. Add meatballs and stir until thoroughly coated. simmer uncovered 30 minutes.
