Ingredients
- 4-6 boneless chicken breasts (any type of chicken works)
- 2 14.5 oz cans diced tomatoes
- 1 medium onion thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp. evoo
- 1 spt each dried organo, basil and rosemary
- 1/2 tspn thyme
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Pour evoo on bottom of crock pot, season each chicken breast and put sliced onion on top of chicken. Add all seasonings, garlic cloves, then pour vinegar and tomatoes. Cook on high four hours. Serve on angel hair pasta.
