- 1 oz pear nectar
- splash of cranberry juice
- champagne
- fresh cranberries for garnish
- fresh rosemary for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
Place cranberries in a bowl of warm water and let them sit for 10 minutes.
Drain and pat dry.
Add pear nectar and a splash of cranberry juice to a champagne flute.
Fill the res of the flute with champagne. Garnish with cranberries and a sprig of fresh rosemary.
For a non-alcoholic version of this cocktail, replace the champagne with sparkling grape juice! It's sweet and oh so delicious.
For a sweeter champagne cocktail, use Prosecco instead of Brut. For a more tart champagne cocktail, use 1 oz cranberry juice and a splash of pear nectar
