Grecian Party Squares

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs refrigerator crescent rolls
  • 1 envelope dry vegetable soup mix
  • 1 pkg frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 4 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C sour cream
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1/4 C grated Parmesan

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375
Unroll one pkg of dough across one end of pan with longest sides of dough across width of pan
Repeat with remaining package of dough, filling pan
Roll dough to seal perforations and press up sides to form crust
Bake 10-12 minutes, remove and cool
combine mayo sour cream and soup mix
Drain chopped spinach and add to mixture along with chestnuts, feta and garlic
Spread mixture over crust
Grate parmesan cheese over filling
Bake for 10-12 minutes
Remove and cut into squares to serve
