Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce bag shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 3 cups cooked Applewood Smoked bacon bits

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface. Layer cheese and cooked bacon on puff pastry sheet. Tightly roll up pastry like a log and put in fridge for 20 minutes. Cut roll into 1-inch pieces and arrange pieces on a baking sheet. Bake in oven for 20 minutes. Remove and let cool 5 minutes before serving
