Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 C pecans
- 1 C brown sugar
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Beat egg white until stiff. Add sugar, salt and vanilla. Fold in pecans. Stir until coated. Bake on a greased aluminum foil cookie sheet. Bake 45 mins. in oven. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 20 mins.
Store in airtight container.
