Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees.
Place asparagus in large shallow pan.
Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt.
Roast in oven for 3 minutes.
Shake pan and roast until asparagus is bright green--about 1-2 minutes longer.
Serve with a sprinkling of vinegar if desired.
