Ingredients
- 1/2 cup kraft light house italian reduced fat dressing, divided 2 medium portobello mushroom caps, cleaned
- 2 kaiser rolls, split 2/3 cup cleaned spinach leaves, cut into strips
- 1 tomato, cut into 4 slices
Preparation
Step 1
POUR 1/4 cup of the dressing over mushrooms in shallow dish; cover. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate. Remove mushrooms from marinade; discard marinade.
PREHEAT grill to medium-high heat. Grill mushrooms 5 min. on each side or until tender.
COVER bottom halves of rolls with spinach and tomatoes; drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup dressing. Cover with mushrooms and tops of rolls.
