Ingredients
- **Chocolate sauce**
- 1 c chocolate
- ¾ c warm heavy cream
- 1 stick of butter
- ½ c of water
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix the chocolate and cream until both are fully combined.
2. Stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved. Turn the heat off and add the flour. Cook the flour butter and sugar on low until the dough starts pulling away from the pan. Once it’s cooked put the mixture into a food processor.
3. Slowly add the 4 eggs – beating after each addition.
4. Add 1 tablespoon of orange zest.
5. Fry in oil – the oil temp should be at 325 – 350.
6. Once the Doughnut are done **IN a BOWL ** mix ½ c sugar and mix some orange zest into it.
