Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded pecorino
- Parsley
- Salt and pepper
- 1/4 lb pancetta
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325. Mix together milk, beaten eggs, cooked spaghetti, pecorino, chopped parsley, salt and pepper in a big bowl. Cook pancetta in a skillet until crispy, then add egg mixture. Cook until bottom sets, then bake 25 minutes until set throughout.
