Nest egg with manchego

Ingredients

• 1 slice bread
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup grated manchego cheese
• Salt and pepper
• Paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Cut a round out of a slice of bread, flatten and press back into the hole. Toast bread in a skillet with butter. Crack an egg into the hole, scramble with a fork. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with manchego and bake at 375 until set, 2 minutes. Top with smoked paprika.
