Ingredients
- 1 acorn squash
- 1 tablespoon Butter per half
- Brown Sugar
- Dash of Nutmeg
Preparation
Step 1
Cut 1 acorn squash in half. Scoop out seeds. Put 1 tablespoon of butter in the center of each half, then sprinkle with brown sugar, and nutmeg.
Place both squash halves on baking pan and bake at 350°F for one hour.
