Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkg onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter
- sliced cheese
- 1/2 cups milk
- 1 onion finely chopped
- dinner rolls sliced in half

Step 1
Mix beef, onion soup mix, peanut butter, and milk in large bowl. spread meat mixture onto cookie sheet. Use rolling pin to smooth out.
Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. The meat will shrink. Take it out of the oven and put diced onions all around the edges. Bake 15 minutes
Remove from oven, then spoon onions all over the meat and layer with cheese. Bake 7-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Place tops of rolls on meat and bake 5 more minutes. Take out of oven and cut meat with a pizza cutter. Pick up meat with tops and place on bottoms.
