Sue's Mexican Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. block of cream cheese, softened
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • Garlic powder
  • 8 oz. bottle Ortega Mild Smooth TACO sauce
  • 2 Tomatoes, chopped
  • Scallions, chopped
  • Head of iceberg lettuce, chopped
  • 8 oz. Shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the softened cream cheese and the sour cream well with a wire wish. Spread in the bottom of a 9x13 dish.

Sprinkle with garlic powder.

Pour the whole bottle of TACO sauce over it and spread it out evenly.

Layer chopped tomatoes, chopped scallions and chopped lettuce.

Top with cheese.
