Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 1 14oz can artichoke hears, drained (not marinated)
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilis
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 6 oz. Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - grated fresh

Preparation
Step 1
Chop artichoke hears and then mix in all other ingredients. Sprinkle top with additional parm. cheese.
Pour into pan and bake @ 350 for 30-35 minutes, then broil 1-2 minutes. Serve with crackers.
