Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked crumbled breakfast sausage
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Monterrey Jack
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup red and green peppers, diced fine
  • 1 small onion, diced fine
  • 1 bag Tostito Scoops

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook breakfast sausage. Mix all ingredients together in medium mixing bowl.

2. Fill Tostito Scoops and bake 5-6 minutes at 350 degrees.

*Filling can be made a day ahead. Warm filling slightly in microwave before filling cups.

* Good served with hot sauce after baking.
