  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into tenders
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • i can't believe it's not butter artificial butter-flavored cooking spray


Preparation time 5mins
Cooking time 25mins


Step 1

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2 Combine all dry ingredients.
3 Line cookie sheet with foil.
4 Spray each chicken tender with butter spray and dip in seasoned dry ingredients.
5 Bake on lined cookie sheet for 20-30 minutes.
