Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups raspberries
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add raspberries and toss gently. Combine eggs, sour cream, oil and vanilla and mix well. Stir into dry ingredients, just until moistened.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes (may need less time).
