Chewy Pecan Cookie (Great American Cookie Co)

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 1/3 cups light brown sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
• 1 cup crushed corn flakes
• 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla..Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Roll into 2 inch balls and bake at 350 degrees F for about 9-11 minutes.
