Peanut Butter Blossoms

Ingredients

• 1/2 c sugar
• 1/2 c brown sugar
• 1/2 c peanut butter
• 1/2 c shortening
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 1/4 c flour

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350. Cook until lightly brown. Roll into balls and dip in sugar. Bake. Place kisses in center immediately after removing from oven.
