Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz) package frozen broccoli
  • 3 c. instant rice (uncooked)
  • 1 10.75 oz. can cream of mushroom and cream of chix soups
  • 1 1/4 c. water
  • 1 16 oz. package processed cheese (cubed)
  • 1 tbls. butter
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 large onion
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli and rice according to package. In saucepan melt both soups, water and cheese. Saute onion and celery in butter. Combine all ingredients and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
