Ingredients
- 2 tbls. oil
- 1 can green chilis (diced)
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 jap. peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 14 oz. can chopped tomatoes with garlic
- 1 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach drained and thawed
- 1 14.5 oz. can artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 tbls. red wine vinegar
- 1 8 oz. pckg. cream cheese
- 2 c. grated Monterey Jack
- 1 1/4 c. 1/2 and 1/2
- 1/2 tbls. granulated garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbls. taco seasoning
- 2 dashes hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp. salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Heat oil and add next four ingredients. Cook until soft. Add remaining ingredients.
