Strawberry Rhubarb Pie/ Ray Gaskill

Ingredients

  • Mix all and let stand 15 mins. Then 2T. butter cut for top of mixture.
  • 2 1/2 Cups diced Rhubarb/(you can take skin off)
  • 2 Cups Strawberries
  • 1 2/3 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 Cup Flour
  • dash of Salt
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 2 pie crusts

Preparation

Step 1

Pour mixture into 9 in. Crust
Top crust over mixture and cut slits.
Wet the top and add sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 or 60 mins.
Put cookie sheet underneath.
