Chicken and Linquine
- 1/2 lb Linquine
- 1/2 lb chicken livers (fried)
- 1 qt half and half
- chopped garlic
- 1 stick butter
- sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp. Parsley
- 2 cups parm. cheese
fry chicken livers for 3 to 6 minutes, drain on a paper towel
In a large pot mix half&half, garlic, salt, pepper, butter, pasta, mushrooms, and chicken livers; cook on high heat for 15 minutes until sauce starts to thicken around pasta.
Reduce heat cook for 3 more minutes adding 3 tsp parm. cheese.
Sprinkle parsley over top for garnish
