MOZARELLA PIZZA PUFFS

  • 7 1/2 oz package buttermilk refrigerator biscuits
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2-3 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp pizza sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Make an indentation in centre of each biscuit. Cut mozzarella into 10, 3/4" cubes and put a cube in each biscuit. Pinch dough lightly around cheese to seal. Place seam side down on an engrossed baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over tops.

Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes.
