Ingredients
- 2 medium onion
- 340 g bacon
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 celery sticks
- 3 large carrots
- Fresh flat parsley
- 400 g tin chopped tomatoes
- 850 ml chicken stock
- 57 g pasta shells
Preparation
Step 1
Chop all vegetables and cut bacon into bite-sized pieces. Add all ingredients except pasta to a large saucepan or slow cooker. Cook in a slow cooker for 4-5 hours on high or on the stove until vegetables are tender, 20-30 minutes. Stir in pasta and cook 8-10 minutes more.
