Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 2/3 cup crushed peppermint candies
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine 1 1/4 cups milk and egg in saucepan. Cook until slightly thick and coats back of spoon, about 8 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool slightly.
2. Add rest of milk, vanilla and condensed milk. Cover and chill completely. Add candy. Freeze in machine. Freeze one hour.
