Ingredients
- 1 cup canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup canned navy beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup minced scallions
- 1/2 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup minced celery
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all the ingredients and toss well. Pack into a plastic container and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
