- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Worcestershire to taste
- 25 jalapenos, halved
- 1 1/2 lbs. bacon
1. Stir cheddar cheese, cream cheese, onion, garlic, and Worcestershire in a medium bowl.
2. Cut jalapenos in half and remove seeds. Spread the mixture in the pepper and wrap in bacon.
3. Bake at 425 degrees until bacon is crisp.
