Ingredients
- 2 zucchini
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- sea salt
- pepper
- smoked paprika
Preparation
Step 1
1. Cut zucchini into thin slices.
2. Toss in olive oil, sea salt and pepper.
3. Sprinkle with paprika.
4. Bake at 225 for about 2 hours. Start checking at 1 hour 45 minutes.
