  • 1 T olive oil
  • 1 pkg. diced bacon
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 lb. spaghetti noodles
  • salt and pepper

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add bacon and cook until crispy. Add in garlic and cook for one minute. Place mixture in large bowl and set aside. Boil spaghetti noodles. In another bowl, whisk together eggs and parmesan cheese and set aside.

Once noodles are ready, use tongs to move it to the bowl with the bacon mixture. Quickly toss and add egg mixture and toss again. The heat from the noodles will cook the eggs into a creamy sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste and garnish with some more of the parmesan cheese.
