Ingredients
- 2 1/2 " circle cutter
- White sandwich bread
- Melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F.
Roll white sandwich bread slices to 1/8" thickness. Cut a circle from each with a biscuit cutter Brush both sides with melted butter; press into mini muffin cups.
Bake until golden brown, about 10 minutes. Remove; let cool before filling with savoury nibbles; such as roasted sweet potatoes and cheese.
