Ingredients

  • 2 20-oz Cans Pineapple Chunks, drain and reserve juice (2 Cups needed)
  • 3 Apples, diced
  • 3 Bananas, sliced
  • 1 Can Marachino Cherries - drained OR 1 Can Mandarin Oranges - drained
  • Seedless Grapes
  • 1 Small Box Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling Mix (not instant)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix pudding & pie filling with reserved pineapple juice. If there is not enough juice to equal 2 cups, add some water to equal 2 cups total liquid.
Cook until thick.
Cool.
In a bowl, combine fruit and stir in cooled pudding. Chill until ready to serve.
