20-oz Cans Pineapple Chunks, drain and reserve juice (2 Cups needed)
Can Marachino Cherries - drained OR 1 Can Mandarin Oranges - drained
Small Box Vanilla Pudding & Pie Filling Mix (not instant)
Mix pudding & pie filling with reserved pineapple juice. If there is not enough juice to equal 2 cups, add some water to equal 2 cups total liquid. Cook until thick. Cool. In a bowl, combine fruit and stir in cooled pudding. Chill until ready to serve.
