Ingredients
- 2 -Scallions
- 1/2 garlic clove
- 1/4 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Puree all ingredients in blender.
Toss 2 heads butter lettuce, 1/2 cup shredded carrots, some fresh cilantro and parsley, and the dressing in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper.
