Chelle's Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 loaf white bread
  • 2 stocks chopped celery
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 cups water with about 1/8 cup of chicken stock (or chicken stock)
  • poultry seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Cut bread into cubes. Lay out on cookie sheet. Back 1/2 hour in 350 oven to dry out. (may take a bit longer, watch carefully)

Cook Hamburger and drain. Cook celery and onions.

Mix all together in a large slow cooker. Stir in poultry seasoning and chicken stock.

Cook on high for at least 3 hours or until bread is not soggy. Stir often, scraping the bottom of slow cooker.
