Step 1
2 c. diced Potatoes 1 c. diced Carrots 1 c. chopped Onions 1 c. chopped Celery 1/4 c. Butter 2 1/2 c. Water 6 Chicken Bouillon Cubes Cook unitl tender. DO NOT DRAIN!!! Thicken and add to vegerable mixture: 2 c. Milk 1/2 c. Flour Stir in: 1 c. grated Cheese 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard 1/8 tsp. pepper Serve in a bowl or even better, a bread bowl.
