Roasted Garlic Brussels Sprouts

Can also be cooked on top of the stove if your oven is full.

Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp cmin seeds
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped small
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cumin seeds, stir until lightly browned. Add garlic, salt and red pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes.
Turn off heat and toss in Brussels sprouts. Add brown sugar and lemon juice, and mix well.
Transfer veggies to a baking tray and bake for 18-24 minutes, until tender.
